The hotel is located in a quiet district within walking distance to the park, shopping street, and more, offering nice open views of the sky and cityscape from the two bedrooms and bathroom. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond by providing a cold platter and being very perceptive to guest needs. The location is perfect, nestled right between Kensington Gardens and Holland Park, just a stone's throw from Notting Hill tube station. The dining experience offered plenty of delicious choices and a clean environment. Facilities were top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and convenient.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities like tea, coffee, and toiletries, looked tired with worn carpet and old furniture. However, they surprisingly had a view of the rooftops in Notting Hill. The service was accommodating, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer any compensation for finding hardware like a screw in my bed. The location, right in the heart of charming Notting Hill, was bright, open, and clean, but could use a bit of sprucing up. The dining experience was delightful, especially with access to a balcony from the room and delicious pancake options, yet it was just fine overall. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
